Operations Manager

This leadership position involves cross-functional collaboration with departments like Safety, Engineering, and HR. You’ll manage projects with site-wide impact, ensure teams meet customer delivery expectations , and foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Requirements / Skills

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years as a full-time Amazon employee
• Ability to work flexible shifts , including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: Experience with performance metrics, lean techniques, or process improvement
• Capable of lifting up to 49 lbs and standing/walking up to 12 hours
