Job Description
Sola Wood Flowers is looking for an Operations Manager to join our fast growing company.
As our Operations Manager, you will work closely with our executive team & Prodensa - a 3P firm assisting us - to launch our physical manufacturing & fulfillment operations in Monterrey. Once operations are launched, you will manage all day to day aspects of our manufacturing & fulfillment operations.
Experience in/around DTC & eCommerce is preferred but not required.

We’re working towards building a modernized $100mm+ vertically-integrated platform selling through direct-to-consumer, owned retail and traditional wholesale channels.
