Job Description
SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is a leadership position responsible for managing SCMs and their duties and execute/implement existing and new processes under Operations team.
Using data trend and root cause analysis, the Operations Manager will closely work with internal support teams and Customer to resolve supply chain concerns impacting requirements on the SOW.
The Operations manager role will also assist the Senior Operations Manager with improving overall service, quality within their designated accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and improve performance on the assigned Supply Chain Manager team.
- Act as a liaison between Customer and ProTrans (Operations, Carries, Solutions design, Procurement) to meet or exceed established service level agreements defined in the SOW.
