About the Company

About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the full day-to-day operations of the venue, leading large teams across bar, gaming, and food service. You will be responsible for operational excellence, team performance, compliance, and ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience managing high-volume pub or hospitality operations
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to build, coach, and retain teams
* Solid knowledge of bar operations, gaming, and compliance requirements
* Financial acumen across labour control, COGS, and KPI performance. (RMLV & Approved Mangers Licence)
* Hands-on, accountable leadership style with high operational standards
