Position- Operations Manager
Exp- 1 yrs
Location- Bhandup west (Mumbai)
Working days/Timing- 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday and 10 AM - 5 PM any 2 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

Trainer & Partner Operations

  • Manage, onboard, and scale a network of trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and guest speakers.

  • Ensure trainer availability, engagement, and consistent delivery quality across programs.

Trainer Onboarding & Quality Control

  • Evaluate and onboard new trainers through structured assessment processes.

  • Coordinate onboarding via calls, messages, and email communication.

  • Maintain trainer performance benchmarks and feedback loops.

Training Operations & Delivery Management

  • Plan and execute virtual training programs end-to-end.

  • Handle scheduling, backend setup, trainer coordination, and live session hosting.

  • Ensure smooth program execution and issue resolution during live sessions.

Content & Curriculum Operations

  • Coordinate with trainers to finalize training curricula and session plans.

  • Manage content versions and ensure all materials are reviewed, approved, and ready before delivery.

  • Maintain consistency and quality across training content.

Operational Documentation & Knowledge Assets

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), delivery checklists, playbooks, and internal workflows.

  • Continuously improve documentation based on operational learnings.

Webinars, Masterclasses & Events Coordination

  • Coordinate speakers, session timelines, rehearsals/dry runs, and live event execution.

  • Manage post-event follow-ups, feedback collection, and internal reporting.

Partnership & Ecosystem Coordination

  • Support industry and ecosystem partnerships through operational execution and documentation.

  • Ensure internal alignment with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Inbound Queries & Sales Operations Support

  • Handle inbound training and program-related queries.

  • Support basic sales and post-sales operations, including coordination and handoffs.

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Act as the operational liaison between trainers, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment, communication, and execution across teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, program management, training coordination, or service delivery roles.

  • Strong stakeholder management and execution capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Comfortable working with virtual training tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools, etc.)
