About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to lead, streamline, and strengthen our day-to-day operations across UPI payments and Mutual Fund transactions. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities for UPI and Mutual Fund Investments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for issue resolutions.
• Maintain operational controls, documentation, and basic reporting.
• Support risk, compliance, and audit-related requirements.
• Help identify improvement areas in processes and workflows.
• Lead issue root-cause analysis and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, mutual fund operations, or banking specially in the risk management department
• Strong understanding of UPI ecosystems and Mutual Fund markets.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and MIS.
• Proficient in Excel, dashboards, and process automation tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
• Experience in handling audits, compliance, or risk function.
