About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to lead, streamline, and strengthen our day-to-day operations across UPI payments and Mutual Fund transactions. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities for UPI and Mutual Fund Investments
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for issue resolutions.
- Maintain operational controls, documentation, and basic reporting.
- Support risk, compliance, and audit-related requirements.
- Help identify improvement areas in processes and workflows.
- Lead issue root-cause analysis and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, mutual fund operations, or banking specially in the risk management department
- Strong understanding of UPI ecosystems and Mutual Fund markets.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and MIS.
- Proficient in Excel, dashboards, and process automation tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
- Experience in handling audits, compliance, or risk function.
