Job Title: Operations Manager – Finance & Accounting (F&A) Transformation

Location: Mysore

Experience Required: 12–15 years

Reporting To: Delivery Head


Shift Timings - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with strong exposure to Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations, transformation initiatives, and pre-sales/solutioning. The ideal candidate will lead delivery excellence, drive process optimization, and support client engagement across multiple F&A functions.


Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end F&A operations delivery, ensuring service quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.

· Manage teams handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reporting processes.

· Drive F&A Transformation initiatives through automation, process reengineering, and best practice adoption.

· Partner with internal and client stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.

· Support Pre-sales and Solutioning by preparing proposals and transition plans.

· Monitor key operational metrics, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies.

· Manage client relationships through proactive governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Transition) for seamless project execution.

· Mentor and develop teams to enhance domain knowledge and operational excellence.


Required Skills and Competencies

· Strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting operations.

· Hands-on experience in F&A Transformation projects (automation, process optimization, RPA exposure preferred).

· Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.

· Proven ability to lead large delivery teams across multiple processes.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Exposure to Pre-sales, Solution Design, and Transition Management.

· Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and MS Office tools.


Educational Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

· Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Automation Tools, or Project Management (PMP/Prince2) preferred.


Ideal Candidate Profile

· 15+ years of experience in F&A Operations and Delivery Management.

· Demonstrated success in managing transformation initiatives.

· Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.

· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-centric environment.
