Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate store teams to deliver high standards of service and sales.

  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), optimize workflows, and conduct audits to improve productivity.

  • Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, ensure accurate record-keeping, and oversee merchandise display.
