We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our New Britain, CT team!

As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our Liquid Coatings facility including full P&L responsibility. We are a Tier-1/Tier-2 aerospace chemical processing specialist with over 40 years of continuous operation serving every major U.S. Prime Contractor and hold multiple DoD and medical approvals. 

You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, capital investment strategy, and profitable growth while maintaining flawless safety, environmental, and quality performance.

Location: New Britain, CT

Salary: $127,000-$140,000 + bonus
