The Operations Manager supports the overall operations of Dave & Buster’s India, ensuring seamless coordination between the restaurant, bar, and gaming areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a high-energy team in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across F&B, gaming, and guest service areas.
- Ensure high standards of service, safety, and hygiene.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure positive experiences.
- Support cost control, inventory management, and P&L objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning and events.
