Operations Manager - Night Shift

We’re looking for a Site Operations Manager to join our team based at our iconic Botany manufacturing site on **night shift** . Producing our expansive range of ready-to-eat cereals, this role provides leadership and direction to our core site operations teams to ensure the achievement of key operational goals. With a focus on Safety, Quality, Service and Cost and driving efficiencies across these core metrics, you will also work with the teams to set the future culture with a strong focus on safety and food safety culture.



We’re passionate about our people and our brands and this role plays a key role in the evolution and continued success across both these areas at the plant. You will work as part of this team to support strategic plant plans and objectives to set the site up for the future. As a strong people leader you will ensure that our people are accountable, engaged and have the right capabilities for now and into the future.
