Producing our expansive range of ready-to-eat cereals, this role provides leadership and direction to our core site operations teams to ensure the achievement of key operational goals. With a focus on Safety, Quality, Service and Cost and driving efficiencies across these core metrics, you will also work with the teams to set the future culture with a strong focus on safety and food safety culture.
