Base Warehouse L,Building 5,161 Manchester Rd, Auburn Core Values of the Position:Manage the local warehouse and fulfillment operations.Manage performance driving service and KPI continuous improvement.Manage cost efficiency optimization for Orange Connex. Responsibilities:Service performance for both warehouse and last mile sub-contractors.Close monitoring on warehouse providers' operations on a daily basis.Inbound: including unloading, inspection, stacking.Inventory: stock management, VAS.Outbound: order filling, outbound and handover.Support COE team on the last mile carriers' capacity management and investigating the root causes for any service failures and for potential solutions.Exception management during end-to-end fulfillment process.Co-define and implement process optimization opportunities driving operational excellence.Keep close monitoring on SOP review with suppliers, random check team member understanding about SOPs.Build up the strong relationship with local suppliers t...
