Sodarizer is looking for an Operations Manager to own and scale its warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role ensures that as sales grow, inventory, assembly, dispatch, and customer experience all run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.

What youll do

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory, assembly, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Manage inventory tracking, forecasting, and replenishment to maintain accuracy and prevent stockouts.
• Ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time by coordinating with couriers and delivery partners.
• Lead and coach frontline teams, including warehouse staff, assembly/fulfillment teams, and a Customer Success Representative.
• Create, implement, and improve SOPs so operations can handle increasing order volumes.
