Operations Manager (PERM)

Berg Transportation LLC in Orem, Utah seeks for full-time Operations Manager.

Job description: The Operations Manager will perform the following duties:

•Review files and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests;

•Record and maintain the business' financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments;

•Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties;

•Manage the movement of transportation vehicles into and out of company facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations;

•Handle monthly bank reconciliations;

•Manage bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks;

•Monitor any variances from the projected budget;

•Prepare documents, including company or government forms and expense reports; and

•Create and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures.
