Responsibilities

• Lead overall manufacturing operations: production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer orders and deadlines
• Drive resource planning and utilization for manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize output and efficiency
• Establish and strengthen quality assurance / quality control standards; drive continuous improvement across processes
• Own EHS compliance and cultivate a “safety-first” culture across the plant
