About the role

Our client is launching a large‑scale, province‑wide program in Québec and is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the program launch, operational build‑out, and ongoing delivery.

In this role, you will build, lead, and continuously enhance QA/QC, operations, reporting, and invoicing functions, working in close partnership with the Program Director, a utility client, external contractors, and internal stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the utility client on all matters related to QA/QC, reporting, and invoicing, while driving operational excellence, scalability, and program performance.
