_We’re looking for an_ **_Operations Manager_** _to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible_ _in developing and coaching the team leaders by auditing and measuring their performance and_ _help_ _them achieve the team's key metrics such as NPS, Quality, Reliability,_ _Productivity_ _, and_ _Service Level_ _._



**Position Responsibilities:**
