You'll oversee a team of remote operators responsible for assisting delivery robots in public road environments, ensuring high operational performance, safety, and efficiency.
This role requires a strong balance of leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and training teams. You'll be responsible for resource planning, performance management, and day-to-day support of live operations. As a leader, you'll foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while scaling systems and workflows in a fast-evolving space.
