Job Description

Duties:


Manage procedural compliance to confirm that all policies and procedures are being followed and implemented

Review the Operation’s P&L providing explanation when necessary, as well as planning the monthly and daily sales objectives taking necessary measures to meet them

Assist in placing sales strategies in coordination with Senior Operations Manager and design action plans to ensure that those strategies are being implemented

Analyze data, observe the operation and take all necessary measures to ensure that guests are served in a timely and accurate manner in order to maximize satisfaction
Coach, train, motivate and appraise team members’ performance in order to optimize their contribution to the company and support their skill development as needed

Analyze reports from statistical and functional metrics and share insights for improvement and efficiency maximization in a timely manner

Implement and improve the quality and food safety management system as per the requirements of applicable national statutory and regulatory requirements as well as international standards and guidelines



Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management

15 years of experience in F&B operation,
Fluency in English; French is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge in various cuisines, cooking techniques and cooking sections
