Operations manager

We are seeking candidates with significant experience in a corrugated packaging facility

Must have at least 7 years of leadership experience in the corrugated industry, preferably in a converting facility (paper to box)

What we are looking for:

A technical degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in the industry

What you will be responsible for: Lead production activities throughout the plant, supervising lines and staff to maximize efficiency. Act as a positive catalyst for change to achieve top-tier manufacturing processes. Reduce manufacturing waste and costs through effective P&L management, while optimizing production and profitability. Collaborate with customers when necessary to maintain relationships and ensure successful order fulfillment with a focus on quality and JIT methodology.
