Operations Manager

Job Summary: Manage the human, technical, and financial resources of the plant's process department, establishing action guidelines and following the objectives set by plant management, achieving product quality and profitability, complying with safety initiatives, and developing the best workplace. Main Responsibilities: Ensure that manufactured products arrive on time and complete to their immediate customers and meet established specifications to meet consumer requirements (domestic and export markets). Implement the actions derived from the master safety plan, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Control the use of the budget allocated to the focus, reducing and maintaining direct and indirect costs in the focus's operation to efficiently utilize the budget.
