Operations Manager – Security Technology Startup

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in establishing and optimizing processes for our new security business under GuestTek. This individual will design workflows, implement operational frameworks, and ensure seamless integration of new security technologies in hotel environments. You will work closely with leadership and technical teams to create scalable systems that support growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Process Development:

• Design and implement operational processes for a new security business from the ground up.
• Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for service delivery, installation, and maintenance of security technology.

Workflow Optimization:

• Develop end-to-end workflows for deploying security tech in hotels, including onboarding, training, and support.
