Operations Manager Sheffield Walk-in Centre
Are you a passionate healthcare leader ready to make a real impact? OneMedicare is looking for an Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team at Sheffield Walk-in Centre.
In this role, you’ll ensure the service runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, delivering high-quality care to our patients. You’ll manage and inspire a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, drive operational excellence, and work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve the service.
We’re looking for someone who is confident in people management, understands budgets and service targets, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You’ll also be responsible for regulatory compliance, including CQC readiness, and leading initiatives to improve service quality and patient experience.
