Job Scope
-Oversee daily operations
-Schedule manpower
-Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
-Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency
-Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet performance standards
-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
-Lead and manage the logistics operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards
-Ensure safe work environment for all employees
-Drive cost saving and operations efficiency
-Maintain good working relationships with customers and management
-Any adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Require to own a vehicle for work (either motorcycle or car) and class 3 license
-Able to work shifts
-Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
