Role Overview

We are looking for a highly hands-on Operations Manager to manage and execute daily cleaning operations. This role is field-based , not office-based. You will be responsible for supervising cleaners on site, coordinating manpower and equipment, stepping in to perform cleaning work when manpower is tight, and ensuring all jobs are delivered according to SOP and quality standards.

If you are someone who is comfortable getting your hands dirty, operating machines, and leading from the front, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
