The Operations Manager – Risk, Resilience & Workplace Safety is a strategic leadership role responsible for safeguarding the organisation's people, assets, and reputation. This position drives risk management, business continuity, workplace safety, and compliance initiatives across all schools and headquarters, ensuring a safe and resilient environment for children, staff, and stakeholders in the early childhood education sector.
Job responsibilities:
• Collaborate with school leaders and relevant stakeholders to coordinate non-routine incidents and matters, ensuring timely resolution with minimal disruption.
• Work closely with Facilities (or Facilities Management) department to coordinate maintenance, physical improvements, and upkeep of the school infrastructure — ensuring all facilities meet safety, compliance, and quality standards.
