Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks ie. NEA, MOM etc.
Assist in the development, review, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
Serve as a liaison with external parties such as regulators, contractors, and service providers.
Operations Management
Supervise, direct, and coordinate day-to-day operations of dental clinics closely working together with Cluster Managers.
Ensure smooth implementation and adherence to operational policies, procedures, and systems across all clinics.
Compile and prepare daily and monthly operational reports ie. clinic chair utilisation, dentist leave, chair availability
Monitor clinic performance, including business metrics, staff attendance, and productivity.
