Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To plan, direct, lead, and manage building and facilities maintenance services for commercial projects, ensuring safe, clean, and efficient operations in compliance with government regulations and client requirements.
- Lead, direct, manage and coordinate building and facilities operations
- Facilitate movement among different projects and HQ
- Expansion and extension of project/s
- Promotes and enforces QEHS and BCM policies, procedures and work instructions in the workplace to ensure compliance and zero reportable incidents
- People Management
- Client Servicing
- Evaluates new products, equipment, and technology. Researches product and equipment and assess for proper quality and reliability. Assists Sales department on negotiations with vendors and suppliers for better contractual terms
