Role Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run day-to-day farm operations in a high-throughput commercial farming environment.
This role owns production delivery, post-harvest handling, packing, inventory flow, and maintenance, and works closely with the Agronomy and Sales teams to deliver consistent output, high quality, and reliable operations.
