About the Role

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced Pest Operations Manager to lead and manage service delivery at a local level. This position is based in Lidcombe, Sydney and reports directly to the Business Manager. In this role, your core focus will be delivering the best possible service to our customers at the lowest possible cost.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Local Service Managers (LSMs) and Technicians, ensuring 100% service delivery while maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Implement regional operational plans to achieve cost-effective service delivery.
  • Service Excellence: Work with planners to allocate service runs and monitor productivity to achieve a minimum of 80% productive hours.
