Operations Manager (Technical Production)

Description

The Operations Manager (Technical Production) plays a critical role in the successful planning and delivery of technical production across DF Concerts’ indoor concerts and outdoor events. This role requires a proactive and detail-focused leader who will drive excellence in production standards, safety compliance, and supplier management. Working collaboratively with promoters, venues, and internal teams, the Operations Manager ensures all technical elements are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with budget, enhancing both the artist and fan experience. They will also provide leadership across the Concert Operations team, embedding training and continuous improvement in all aspects of technical production.
