Operations Manager, Technology (Operations & Maintenance)

Overview

The Operations Manager – Operations & Maintenance (O&M) is responsible for the full scope of facility services at a high-tech, mission-critical site, including the management of Local 39 union trades, vendors, and internal staff. This role ensures operational excellence across infrastructure systems including HVAC, electrical, building automation, clean rooms, and Fire Life Safety (FLS), while maintaining strict compliance with safety standards and NFPA requirements.
