Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory and managerial experience in a telecommunications company, preferably with SLI project exposure

• Willingness to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna

• Proven leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to lead teams effectively

• Strong focus on compliance and strict adherence to operational processes

• Ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer literate; knowledge of FTK systems is an advantage

• Capable of preparing and submitting accurate reports within required timelines

• Willing to be assigned in Daraga, Albay
