Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Operations to lead customer onboarding and transaction-related activities , ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. This role involves managing a team, overseeing NACH registration and settlements, and driving business transformation through digitization initiatives .

Location: Thane (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding for corporate buyers, financiers, and MSME vendors
• Oversee NACH registration and settlement processes
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and audit points
• Drive automation and digitization projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in operations within NBFCs, Fintech, Banks, or Payment Platforms
• Minimum 4–5 years of team management experience
• Knowledge of KYC, lending, and payment industry preferred
• Exposure to product/process launches and digitization initiatives

Skills Required

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT)
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions
• Knowledge of fintech enablers and automation tools
