Branch Office: PRECISION SEALS, Molding Company with 80 EMPLOYEES, Parque Industrial Girasol, Baja Maq, Tijuana, B.C. Gives support and ensures the proper functioning of the Quality, Production & Engineering Management Systems. Sales and Planning: Receives and confirms customer quotes, purchase orders and performs in conjunction with production department capacity analysis & production plans. Purchasing Process: Authorize purchases and verify the need for the purchase, generate Purchase Orders & follow-up the delivery of materials according to the specifications of the purchase. Customer Satisfaction: Ensures in conjunction with the Quality department the follow up of Customer Complaints, makes sure to receive the feedback from customers (Score Cards), takes actions when the metrics do not reach the desired goal & maintains communication with the Client always giving the best of the Services.
