*KPI's - Drives improvement actions to meet targets and reports weekly on KPI's related to the following: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory. *Attends daily production/planning meetings *Participates in budgeting process as required and manages costs to achieve production and absorption variance targets *Supports customer delivery expedites *Maintains acceptable performance for the following: Delivery confirmations within 48 hours, clean in transit inventories, clean STO aging, CAPA aging, and production order aging. *Adherence to TPR9404 as required *Demonstrating commitment to the continual improvement of the EHS Management System. *Ensuring employees are trained in their necessary functions in order to implement the ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standards. *Ensuring that the roles, responsibilities, and authorities are cascaded throughout their specific organization.
