Key Responsibilities:

Factory & Production Management:

• Oversee the manufacturing process of UPVC and aluminum doors and windows, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely production.

• Implement production plans, allocate resources, and optimize workflow to maximize output.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Develop strategies to reduce waste and enhance production efficiency.

Sales & Business Operations:

• Coordinate with the sales team to align production with demand and customer orders.
