Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Officer to join our Cash Management Department. This role is central to ensuring the seamless movement of client cash across our wealth business lines. You will be responsible for high-volume transaction processing, maintaining rigorous industry compliance, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a major financial institution with potential for both contract extension and permanent conversion.
Position Type: Contract (12 months)
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid
Rate: $22/hr
Hybrid Model: 4 days per week in-office.
Shift Times: Core shift is 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, but candidates must be flexible to work an 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM shift if required.
Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required; no weekends.
