Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with an exciting organisation based in Harrogate who are seeking an Operations Officer to join their team on an initial 9 month fixed term contract. They are seeking a candidate for part time hours, 22.5 – 30 hours per week. The client is in new modern offices which are easily accessible via public transport and parking is available onsite. They are looking for someone to come join their team who is personable when in a customer facing role.

Role;

  • Be the first point of contact for various contractors visiting site
  • Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data

  • Be comfortable performing various administration duties
