Operations Officer I

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Officer I for their Toronto, ON location.

Responsibilities

• Working on POS machines - testing the functions of the device.
• Clearing and loading to the device for merchants.
• Warehouse/Production environment.
• Meet and/or exceed daily production targets established for the role.
• Perform diagnostic test, understand and record failures; basic assembly functions.
• Provide feedback to management on trends.
• Load software and packaging in preparation for shipping.
• Clean and maintain test equipment to preserve manufacturers specifications.
• Follow inventory management process flows and best practices to maintain accuracy and ensure FIFO.
• Proactively monitor supplies usage to maintain Just in Time (JIT) inventory.
• Follow procedures to always ensure standard delivery of services.
