A company located in Mkalles is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Operation officer to join our team


Key Responsibilities :
•Call operator: provide excellent customer service by addressing inquires and concerns to clients.
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on services provided.
- ⁠Collection: Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments and ensure proper documentation of all collections activities and update the system with payment status.
- ⁠Attendance Management: Track employee attendance, including absences, late arrivals and early departures.
- ⁠Office Admnistration: Perform general office duties, including filing , office organization and maintain office supplies.
- ⁠Collaboration with Senior operations officer: Support the senior operations officer in managing team operations and ensuring goals are met.


Qualifications:
.BA In hospitality or business administration

. 2+ years of Experience in an operational or administrative role. ( preferably in food and beverage sector )

. Strong communication skills with focus on English proficiency.
