Job Description
The Operations Officer will form part of a specialised multi-skilled Payments and Card Operations Team responsible for the day-to-day processing requirements of the various customers that are seeking operational solutions from RS2. As a key part of the operations team, the job holder will be a key advocate and supporter of continuous improvement changes, with the focus on delivering the highest possible standards to our customers. The successful candidate will be required work shifts covering the time zones of our global clients.
The position offered is working from our RS2 premises during the week whilst remote during weekend and public holidays only.
