Job Summary
The Operations Officer provides a high level of administrative and operational support to internal partners, ensuring insurance policies and customer requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with customer intent. This role manages high-volume operational tasks, supports premium billing and payment processing, and resolves issues related to policy administration while maintaining strict attention to detail and service quality. Key Responsibilities • Process insurance policies accurately to reflect customer intentions

• Handle customer requests received via fax and mail

• Post cheque payments and resolve premium billing issues or errors

• File documentation and process daily reversals and rejects from client and Visa transactions

• Assist with claim-related issues and complete cancellation requests

• Sort, scan, count, and upload daily mail into internal systems
