Operations Officer

Overview

The Operations Officer (Agent of the Future) provides is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining accurate records and files, and ensuring the timely distribution of documents within the organization. Must be onsite 5 days a week at York Mills Centre.

What will you do?

• Deliver excellent service to clients and partners, focusing on doing what is best for clients and RBC.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in daily activities, understanding the impact of personal actions on achieving a superior client experience.
• Apply your deep knowledge of diverse RBC products, processes, services and supporting systems/applications to process complex and specialized client transactions or investigations efficiently.
• Exercise due diligence in following RBC operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
