Operations Planner – Travel Care

Operations Planner is responsible for calculating, scheduling and optimizing the day-to-day activities and resources to ensure production goals and efficiency targets for Viking Travel Care's 24/7 operations.

The responsibility particularly includes long-term planning, but also execution of short-term changes in the shifts, e.g. due to illness, holidays and other.

Depending on the qualifications of the candidate, the role might be combined to include data analysis and/or Learning & Development tasks.
