Operations & Process Excellence Lead

ROLE:

Oversee production planning and ensure alignment with company objectives and quality standards

Manage material availability, control inventory, and optimize production costs

Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are followed and machinery operates efficiently

Coordinate with Marketing and Finance to align production with sales and deadlines

Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Prepare and maintain production reports, KPIs, and operational documentation

Lead and motivate production teams, promoting accountability and collaboration

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Degree in Engineering, Management, or similar; manufacturing experience; strong planning, leadership, and analytical skills
