Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Service & Logistics you will be a strategic partner supporting the Operations team in all aspects of business analysis. You will encompass Operations Planning & Analysis, Costs Analysis & Reporting, Operations Process Optimization, and Project Management. You will be a primary resource for the Operations team to provide analytical support for business initiatives and special projects.
Responsibilities
OPERATIONS PLANNING & ANALYSIS
Provide analytical support for Operations KPIs, assisting with up-to-date situational analysis - identifying drivers and detractors improving success. Develop reports, scorecards, trackers and tools that assist the Operations team in assessing performance, inclusive of quarterly and monthly budget updates and service levels to Red Bull Canada’s customers. Provide qualitative analytics support on projects requiring financial and/or data analysis.
