Overview

Provide outstanding client service and support store operations through order fulfillment, inventory management, and merchandise care while representing the brand with professionalism and attention to detail. Perform shipping, receiving, replenishment, cleaning, and jewelry repair intake tasks and partner with client advisors and management to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment tasks.
  • Clean jewelry and merchandise and manage intake for jewelry repairs.
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Support sales by collaborating with client advisors and generating service driven opportunities.
